Our Full Ingrown Beard Facial is a deep-cleansing, detoxifying treatment designed to target ingrown hairs, congestion, buildup, and irritation while treating the entire face. This customized facial combines professional cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions as needed, and targeted ingrown-hair care to help reveal smoother, clearer, healthier-looking skin. Hydrating and nourishing plant-based products are used to restore moisture and leave the skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. We also incorporate skincare focused on maintaining the skin’s natural barrier and protecting against environmental stressors, helping support a healthy, youthful-looking complexion. Perfect for bearded clients experiencing ingrowns, razor irritation, dry or congested skin or anyone ready to elevate their beard and skincare routine. Healthy skin starts underneath the beard.
Cancellation Policy
BOOK ALL DESIRED SERVICES It is imperative that all desired services are booked at the time your appointment is scheduled. This ensures that enough time is reserved for your complete treatment. Additional services may not be able to be accommodated if they are not booked in advance. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT METHOD A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. A valid payment method must remain on file at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. This policy also applies to last-minute rescheduling. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are subject to a 30% fee charged to the card on file, and the original deposit is non-refundable. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule if the delay interferes with another client's appointment. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred, and the applicable cancellation/rescheduling fee may be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and ensure that each client receives the time and attention their services require. There are no exceptions to the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or no-show policies.
