This treatment combines professional exfoliation, deep cleansing, steam, extractions when needed, a customized mask, hydration, and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. For clients who experience irritation or ingrown hairs from shaving or waxing, specialized techniques and soothing plant-based skincare may be incorporated to help calm and restore the skin. Perfect for anyone looking to achieve a smoother, cleaner, healthier-looking neck and nape while enjoying a relaxing, holistic skincare experience. Treatment can include: Deep cleansing Gentle exfoliation Steam Nape/neck extractions as needed Ingrown-hair treatment High-frequency treatment when appropriate Hydrating or detoxifying mask Neck & shoulder massage Finishing serum + moisturize
Cancellation Policy
BOOK ALL DESIRED SERVICES It is imperative that all desired services are booked at the time your appointment is scheduled. This ensures that enough time is reserved for your complete treatment. Additional services may not be able to be accommodated if they are not booked in advance. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT METHOD A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. A valid payment method must remain on file at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. This policy also applies to last-minute rescheduling. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are subject to a 30% fee charged to the card on file, and the original deposit is non-refundable. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule if the delay interferes with another client's appointment. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred, and the applicable cancellation/rescheduling fee may be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and ensure that each client receives the time and attention their services require. There are no exceptions to the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or no-show policies.
