Cancellation Policy
It's imperative to book all desired services at the time of booking. In order for the time needed for your treatments, to be accounted for. Deposits are required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable. Deposits go towards full cost of service. A valid payment method has to be on file during the time booking. Appointments have to be canceled 24 hours before your appointment. If appointment is cancelled after the 24-hour window you will be charged $25. No show fee $25/nonrefundable deposit. There is a 15-minute grace period, anything over 15 minutes will be penalized as a late rescheduled appointment if interfering with another appointment time. (deposit will not be refunded or transferred) There is $25 fee charged for late cancellations and last-minute rescheduling. There are no exceptions to the booking policy.
